The M·A·C AIDS Fund, the heart and soul of M·A·C Cosmetics, was established in 1994 to support men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS globally.
Michael’s dear childhood friend, Frank Angelo, was co-founder of MAC Cosmetics and made Michael Laucke the original founding director. He served in this capacity from 1994 until Laucke left in 2008.
Since 2008, Laucke is proud to be Honorary charter member of the Board of Directors of the MAC AIDS Foundation (Estée Lauder) in association with the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

During his tenure, Laucke worked with many celebrities, here with Elton John in San Francisco at the Legion of Honor.
